Homes for rent
Houses and apartments for long-term letting
Our residential portfolio is released for tenancy as it becomes available. Tell us what you are looking for and we will come back to you with what we can offer.
Availability
What we can offer, and how you find out
We keep a small residential portfolio rather than a large listings site, which means availability changes faster than a web page can honestly reflect it. So we do not publish a live feed of properties with live prices and availability badges. What we do is confirm, for each enquiry, what we actually have and what the terms for it are.
If you have a requirement we cannot meet — a location we do not hold property in, a tenancy length we cannot offer, a property type we are not holding — we will say so directly. That is more useful to you than a page full of listings that turn out not to be there.
Apartments
Flats and apartments on longer terms
Where an apartment suits a single tenant or a couple, we let it on the same longer-term basis as a house. That means the tenancy agreement sets out the rent and the notice period for that specific apartment, and the move-in condition is recorded before you take possession.
Maintenance responsibility and building-level arrangements are part of the agreement rather than an assumption. If you want to know what applies to a particular apartment, ask before you view it.
Houses
Whole houses let on long-term residential tenancies, suitable for families or sharers who want the space and the stability of a longer term.
Apartments
Self-contained flats and apartments let on long-term agreements, with tenancy terms agreed in writing for each property.
Furnished or unfurnished
Some properties are let furnished and some unfurnished. What a particular property comes with is confirmed before you commit to it.
Longer terms
Our tenancies are long-term rather than short-stay. The precise length is agreed per property and set out in the tenancy agreement.
Houses
Houses let for longer stays
Houses in our portfolio are let to tenants who intend to stay, not to tenants who are passing through. In practice that shapes what happens after move-in: inspections are scheduled and communicated, repairs get closed out, and the property stays in the condition it was handed over in.
Where a house is unfurnished, what is included at move-in is recorded as part of the condition report so there is a shared reference at check-out.
Availability
How availability works
We do not publish a live availability feed. Availability, rent and the terms of any tenancy are confirmed by us in writing before you commit to a property.

Arrange a viewing of the property that fits. Applications are assessed against the criteria we confirm with you in advance.

Terms documented in a tenancy agreement, deposit protection arranged, move-in condition recorded, keys handed over.
